Office Administrator

We have the following vacancy;

£14,000 per annum


8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hr lunch.

We are seeking a candidate that has accounts knowledge/background with general administration experience. As the ideal candidate your duties will include:

* Reception

* Purchase Ledger

* Credit Control

* Forecasting and projections

* Basic knowledge of Sage preferable

* Ordering stock

* Dealing with Health & Safety requirements

* Data entry and computer skills

* Answering incoming telephone calls/queries

* Occasional PA duties
